500 g potatoes 1/2 KL salt 1/2 KL crushed cumin 1 KL olive oil
procedure
1. Wash and dry the pražma. Salt both inside and outside. Place two sliced garlic cloves and a small sprig of rosemary inside each sea bream. 2. Make a mixture of a little olive oil and fish seasoning and rub the outside of the fish with it. Place the bream on a large baking tray. 3. Prepare the potatoes. Clean, wash and cut into pieces, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt and crushed caraway seeds, mix and arrange on a baking tray. Bake everything together in a preheated oven for 50-60 min.
