Zurich Veal Slices

Minute of veal, thin slices of veal leg fried in oil, sauteed with onion and garlic, softened with wine and cream.

Ingredients:

500 g of veal rump 50 g butter 1.5 dl of cream 1,5 dl white wine 1 pk onions 1 pc garlic clove smooth flour ground pepper tr>

salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in hot butter, pour in white wine and let it come to the boil
3. Then add the meat, cream and bring everything almost to the boil
4. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Roasted potatoes and vegetable salad.
