Zurich Veal Schnitzel

Cutlets with ham and mushrooms.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 pcs strong veal cutlets 1 pcs of turkey 1 pcs 100 g ham 100 g of mushrooms 15 g butter 50 g

td>smooth flour milk oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut flat holes in the veal cutlets, put slices of ham and sliced, sauteed mushrooms in butter
2. Press the meat into the holes with a mallet and connect them with needle rolls
3. Salt the steaks, dip them in a medium thick batter made from egg, plain flour, milk, a tablespoon of oil and salt
4. Fry on both sides in heated oil.
