Zurich Liver Skewers

Calf liver prepared by grilling or roasting with English bacon and sage leaves.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the well-deboned liver into slices
2. Pepper, lightly season with sage, wrap with thin slices of bacon
3. Thread onto 4 metal skewers or skewers and slowly grill or sauté in butter in a pan
4. Salt the finished liver and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
– Side dish: Steamed beans and roasted potatoes.
