A tasty and healthy appetizer of grilled zucchini
1. Wash the zucchini and cut into rounds about 0,75 cm thick. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella in the same way. 2. Then brush the zucchini rounds with the oil mixture and place them on the grill or briefly sear them in a frying pan.
