Zucchini soup with nivea

ingredients

100 g Niva cheese 1 pk white yoghurt 1 pk onion 1 pk zucchini 3 cloves garlic a little butter a little salt a little pepper a little marjoram

procedure

1. Cut the onion into pieces and fry them in a little butter, add the grated zucchini, sauté for a while. Then pour about a litre of water, add salt and pepper and let it cook for about 10 minutes, so that the zucchini is soft. 2. Then press 2 to 3 cloves of garlic into the soup and stir in the white yoghurt to soften. Sprinkle the grated pine nuts and dried marjoram on the plate.
