Zucchini rolls with rice and salmon

ingredients

1 pk zucchini 100 g rice 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 pinch dried garlic 1 tbsp grated hard cheese 1 pk onion 2 tbsp sour cream 100 g smoked salmon a little oil a little vegetable broth

step

1. Boil the rice until tender in salted water seasoned with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese, finely chopped onion and sour cream. 2. Wash and dry the courgette and, together with the skin, cut or grate it into fine strips. Season with salt, pepper and dried garlic. Place on a board, fill with rice, a piece of smoked salmon, roll up and secure with a toothpick. 3. Transfer the courgettes to a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, pour the stock over them and put them in a preheated oven.
