Here is the recipe for zucchini, goat cheese and ham crumble, a tasty easy and simple to make dish made with zucchini and goat cheese with a salty and crispy crumble with a good taste of parmesan.
Ingredients for 6 people:
For the crumble batter:
180 g flour 30 g parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking powder 80 g cottage cheese 0% 20 g low-fat butter salt
For the topping:
3 zucchini 100 g ham 100 g goat cheese 2 teaspoons olive oil se, pepper
Preparation:
Wash and dice the zucchini, then fry them in olive oil for 10 minutes, then salt you pepper.
In a bowl put the flour, yeast, parmesan, egg, cottage cheese, butter and salt then mix with your fingers until you get a grainy and sandy mixture.
Cut the ham and goat cheese into cubes.
Line the bottom of a tart tin with baking paper then put half the crumble dough and pack well.
Then place the zucchinis, ham and goat cheese cubes then sprinkle with the rest of the crumble.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then bake for 25 minutes.
