Zucchini Dumplings

Dough dumplings cooked with dough made by mixing zucchini flesh, coarse flour, cubes of rolls and eggs.

Ingredients:

250 g of grated flesh of peeled zucchini 250 g coarse flour + flour to flour the work surface 5 pcs day old rolls 2 pcs of egg slightly salted water to cook dumplings salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the zucchini, peel and grate on a coarse grater, let the flesh sweat (slightly salt and let stand for 30 minutes), drain the water
2. On a heavily floured work surface, form the mass into dumpling cones, place them in boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes
