1 pk zucchini 1 pk onion 4 pk tomato 200 g white tofu 1/2 KL curry powder 1/2 KL salt 1 KL olive oil 1 pk egg
procedure
1. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small cubes. 2. Fry the diced onion in a little oil and then add the zucchini and tomatoes. 3. Sprinkle with curry spices and salt and fry for about 2 minutes. 4. Pour the beaten egg over the mixture and sprinkle with grated tofu cheese. 5. Cover the pan, reduce the flame and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Serve with bread. Enjoy!
