Zucchini crumble with WW smoked salmon
Here is the recipe for WW Zucchini and Smoked Salmon Crumble, a real delight!Complete dish, with few points and very filling.
Ingredients for 4 people:
7 SP – Green / 6 SP – Blue / 5 SP – Purple 150 g smoked salmon 600 g zucchini 1 onion 3 teaspoons olive oil 5 tablespoons fresh cream 4% mg 80 g flour 30 g Parmesan cheese 60 g cottage cheese 0% 20 g low-fat butter salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel then cut the zucchini into pieces and chop the onion.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil, then fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Then add the smoked salmon cut into pieces, the crème fraîche, salt lightly, pepper, then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
In a bowl put the flour, parmesan, salt, cottage cheese and soft butter then mix well with your fingers until you get a grainy and sandy mixture.
Put the zucchini and salmon in a gratin dish then cover with the crumble batter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
