Zucchini Chowder with Liver
Chinese with poultry liver, zucchini, peppers and other ingredients, served with rice, garnished with chives and parsley.

Procedure:
1. Deflan the liver, wash, dry, cut into pieces and mix with zucchini cut into smaller cubes, then add eggs, mustard, salt, soup seasoning, soy sauce, china seasoning and oil
2. Cut the peeled onion into thinner strips, cut the cleaned peppers into noodles and mix with the prepared zucchini mixture, then stir in the peas and sterilized corn, pour in the broth and mix again, then drain the juice and use it for basting
3. Stir fry the zucchini china in a deeper pan in hot oil over a low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, basting with the juices so that they do not burn
4. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, divide it among the prepared plates with the courgette china, garnish each portion with finely chopped chives, a sprig of green parsley and serve.
Recommendation:
Rice can also be mixed with chopped chives.
