This zucchini cake is absolutely easy to prepare, it is very juicy and delicious. It can be eaten in a few minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Spread the jam on the baked cake.

Melt the chocolate and whipping cream in a water bath, when they come together to form a liquid icing, pour it over the cake. Allow to set.
