Zucchini and potato gratin

Zucchini and potato gratin is an easy and simple recipe, to make a complete, light dish to serve for lunch or dinner.

If you are on a diet this gratin is perfect, it is satiating and complete, serve with a vegetable or fruit salad.

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 potatoes cut into slices 4 zucchini cut into slices 2 onions 45 cl skim milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch 80 g low-fat gruyere Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Then in a casserole dish, place slices of potatoes, zucchini, onions.

In a saucepan boil the milk with the cornstarch, stirring , then salt and pepper.
Pour the labéchamel into the dish then sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.

Put the zucchini and potato gratin to cook in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
