Here is the WW Zucchini and Leek Sauté recipe, a good disheasy and quick to make perfect to accompany all your meat dishes.
Ingredients for 4 people : – 1 sp / person –
6 zucchini 1 leek white 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh cream 5% mg salt, pepper
Preparation :
Peel the zucchini and cut them in half lengthwise and then each half into thin slices.
Then peel the leek and cut it into small slices.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil then fry the leek for 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini, 3 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper then cook for 20 minutes.
Add the cream, stir then cook for 3 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta.
