Zucchini and Chickpea Pancakes

Pancakes of chickpeas, zucchini, eggs and other ingredients, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Drain the soaked chickpeas overnight, drain and blend
2. Place washed, grated zucchini, peeled finely chopped onion, finely chopped dill, finely grated lemon zest, semi-coarse flour with baking powder, eggs, milk, blended chickpeas, salt and mix everything well
3. Put some of the batter into the heated oil, form and fry the patty, first on one side until golden brown, then on the other side (repeat until all the batter is used up).
Recommendation:
Serve alone, but can also be served with roast meat.
