Zubáč with mayonnaise

ingredients

1/2 kg zander 40 g root Vegetable Recipes a little whole black pepper 1 pk bay leaf 10 g onion to taste salt to taste vinegar 100 g mayonnaise 1/2 dl sour cream

procedure

1. Cut the cleaned zander into larger pieces. Put them in water to which you have added the root Vegetable Recipes, bay leaf, whole peppercorns, salt and vinegar. 2. Let the cooked ones cool in the water. 3. Then take it out and pour mayonnaise mixed with cream over it. Serve with bread.
