Zubáč in butter with roasted Vegetable Recipes

ingredients

4 pcs zander fillets butter 150 g Balkan cheese

Vegetable Recipes

leek tomatoes peppers onions zucchini and other salt olive oil

procedure

1. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into small pieces. 2. Mix the Vegetable Recipes with olive oil and season with salt. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes and then add the cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes. 3. Salt the fillets and cut the skin to make the meat plump. Fry in butter until golden. 4. Enjoy!
