Slices of grilled spit curry and beef roast, covered with bacon, potatoes, tomatoes … The recipe originally from Slovakia was domesticated in the last century in the Czech Republic. There are many variations and variations, basically, every house is a different recipe.

Ingredients:

250 g of boneless pork curry 250 g beef patties 150 g of mushrooms 80 g of bacon 4 pcs of large potatoes 3 pcs garlic strips 2 pcs meaty peppers 2 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs onions pepperoni mustard ketchup pepper oil oil salt alobal

Post:

1. Lightly pat the meat slices, season with salt and pepper and rub with crushed garlic, mustard and oil
2. Brush the foil with oil and gradually place the meat, bacon, potatoes, onions, tomatoes and peppers in the middle of the foil, pour ketchup over the mixture and sprinkle with sliced mushrooms (you can also add pepperoni, de-seeded)
4. Fold the sides of the foil inwards, join the other sides together and fold them over several times so that the juices do not run out
5. Place the packet on a well heated grill grate and grill for 45-60 minutes, turning the packet several times.
