Zemlovka z vánočky

Traditional Czech bun baked from leftover bread, grated apples, cottage cheese, eggs, milk and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grease a baking dish with a little butter, cut the breeze into slices
2. Stir the egg yolks in the milk and whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a stiff snow
3. Peel the apples, cut out the cores and slice thinly, sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning
4. Sweeten the curd with rum sugar, add the lemon zest and stir in the egg white snow
5. Place the slices of the rolls in a greased baking dish and drizzle with half of the egg yolk milk, add the flavoured curd, top with the raisins, add the grated apples, sweeten to taste with semolina or vanilla sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and almonds
6. Put the rest of the wafer slices on top and pour the rest of the milk, top with butter slices
7. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 to 30 minutes
