progress
I read a few bun recipes and put this one together 10x7cm tin since there are two of us and I have a tiny oven
1. In a saucepan heat the milk in which melt a pat of butter and add 2 egg yolks, stir. 2. Make a chocolate pudding which you let cool a little so it doesn’t boil. 3. Cut the rolls into rounds (not thin) and place them in the saucepan (step 1) and place them one by one on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 4. Using a spoon, progressively add the custard. 5. Peel and grate the apples, add cinnamon sugar to taste. Slowly place on top of the cooled custard. 6. Mix remaining 2 yolks with cottage cheese (the photo is lumpy-I didn’t have any) and vanilla sugar. Add to apples. 7. Warm the milk I soaked the rolls in and repeat the progress. That is, the last layer su rolls. 8. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden (about 45-50minutes) depending on the oven. 9. I whip the egg whites into a thick snow and brush the top. Return to oven and bake for 5minutes. 10. Remove from the oven and let cool so that it cuts well. I dipped a knife in cold water. 11. Melt the milk and butter, pour in the chocolate and decorate.
