Ingredients:
500-750 g
of finely grated cabbage
500 g
coarse flour
150 g
of smoked pork belly
100 g
of bacon
/tr>
2 pcs
onions
3 tsp
salt
lard
water to cook the slushies
Procedure:
Remove the wilted leaves from the cabbage head, cut in half and grate into fine noodles, sprinkle with 3 teaspoons salt, let rest for 1 hour to let the cabbage release the water.
Add coarse flour to the cabbage and water and work into a stiff, smooth dough (do not add the egg, the dough is smooth and holds even without the egg).
Roll the dough into rolls, cut off and form small doughnuts. Throw the doughnuts into boiling water, when they float to the surface, cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the doughnuts, spread them in a baking dish that we greased with lard.
Fry the chopped onion in the lard, with bacon and smoked meat. Pour the mixture on the skewers and put in the oven for 20 minutes to bake.
