Zebra pie

5 pcs eggs 1 cup icing sugar 250 g butter 1 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups semi-coarse flour 1 pk baking powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp warm milk

Beaver cake is actually such a more interesting version of a cake. With this little trick, an ordinary “bun” becomes extraordinary.

Beat the whole eggs with sugar until light and thick foam.

I gradually whisk the melted (and cooled) butter together with the milk and vanilla.

Finally, I add the flour and baking powder.

I colour half of the dough with cocoa powder, which I have mixed in a little warm water (or you can use warm milk).

I grease a round cake tin with butter and dust with flour. I spoon the “white” and “brown” dough alternately into it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
