Polish recipe from Pilsen region. When the water from boiled potatoes was not drained, but continued to cook, a soup was created, which was also called praskačka, or friko. The dish was also topped with buttermilk or sour milk. Zablafunky is best the next day when it is melted.

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into larger cubes, cover with water, add the wild spices (juniper, allspice, bay leaf), thyme, cumin salt, pepper
2. Boil for a while, soften with butter
4. Decorate the finished dish on the plate with pieces of eggs and serve. Z
