Flavoured yoghurt suitable as a side dish for spicy dishes.

Procedure:
1. Grate the peeled cucumber roughly
2. Squeeze the grated cucumber with salt, put it in a sieve for 60 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid, keep some of the water
3. Dilute the thick flavoured yoghurt with a few tablespoons of water from the cucumber
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, place in the fridge to chill.
6. Just before serving, drizzle the individual portions with the remaining oil and garnish with ground red pepper and sprigs of dill and lemon balm.
