You can make this yogurt to stock up and stash in the fridge for when you’re pressed for time, or you’re craving something healthy to eat.
Note:
Flaxseeds are rightly known as a superfood. In order for the body to use them to their full potential, they need to be chewed properly, which is not always the case. So you can reach for a bag of already crushed seeds at the store or grind them yourself at home before using them. You can use a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder set to coarse grind.
