Yoghurt pudding

Pudding made with fresh white yoghurt, sugar, cream, candied fruit …

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 1/2 l fresh white yogurt 1.5 dl whipping cream 80 g of powdered sugar 30 g of candied cherries

30 g raisins raisins 15 g ground gelatin juice from half a lemon candied cherries for garnish

Procedure:

1. Mix the gelatine with most of the icing sugar and three tablespoons of water and dissolve it over a pan of hot water, stirring constantly
2. Mix the yoghurt with the lemon juice, the sieved and rinsed raisins, the chopped candied cherries, the warm gelatine mixture and let stand in a cool place
3. When the mixture begins to gelatinize around the perimeter, pour it into a pudding or other mould rinsed with cold water and leave it to set in a cool place
4. Before serving, tip the pudding, cut into portions and decorate with whipped cream, to which we added the remaining sugar with candied cherries towards the end of whipping.
