Yoghurt cake
ingredients
200 g white yoghurt 200 g plain flour 200 g granulated sugar 3 pcs eggs 1 pk vanilla sugar 1 pk baking powder 100 g oil

A delicious cake for breakfast with cocoa or cappuccino.
1.
Mix all ingredients. Grease the bundt tin and dust with breadcrumbs, pour half of the batter into it. Stir 1 tbsp cocoa powder into the other part and pour over the light batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 deg. C for 40 minutes.
3.
Sprinkle the partially cooled cake with icing sugar, or optional.
