Yellow melon with orange and ginger
Melon marinated, prepared hot on the grill. Orange juice and ginger give it a zest, rum gives it a wonderful taste.

1. Wash and dry the melon properly
2. In a bowl, mix liquid honey, orange juice, add rum and a pinch (between the fingers) of ginger
4. Then grill on a medium hot grill until golden brown, brushing with the remaining marinade as you grill.
Recommendation:
Smaller pieces of fruit can also be skewered. Watermelon prepared in this way is also good with roast meat. Serve with ice cream, cranberry jam, sweetened with sour cream.
