Yeast Dumplings

Soup coating.

Ingredients:

150 g of breadcrumbs 60 g of crumble 20 g fat 1 pcs of egg 2 pcs garlic cloves 3 tbsp milk or cream pinch of baking powder ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Crumble the yeast into the hot fat and stir it until it starts to smell and turn brown
2. Remove from the heat and add the pre-moistened breadcrumbs
3. Next, add the egg pre-beaten with a whisk and salt and pepper, the crushed garlic, a pinch of baking powder
4. Mix the dough well and use a spoon to cut out dumplings, which are thrown directly into the boiling soup
5. Cook dumplings for about 5 minutes.
