WW Light Vegetable and Feta Cake
Here’s the recipe to make a light WW vegetable and feta cake, a tasty, light and very moist savory cake, easy and simple to make for an appetizer or to take along for a picnic.
Ingredients for 10 servings: – 3 sp / part –
200 g flour 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 3 eggs 200 ml skimmed milk 3 teaspoons olive oil 2 small zucchini 1 eggplant 1/2 pepper 1 carrot 80 g low-fat feta cheese 8% salt, pepper 14 g sesame seeds
Preparation :
Cut the zucchini, eggplant and bell pepper into slices and then grill them on the plancha.
Then peel and slice the carrots and cook them in salted water for 7 minutes.
In a bowl put the eggs, milk, olive oil salt and pepper then mix.
Add the flour, parmesan and yeast then mix.
Then add the feta cheese cut into pieces, the grilled Vegetable Recipes and the carrots then mix well and pour into a mold lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then bake your Light Vegetable Cake 35 to 40 minutes.
