WW ham and mozzarella mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 4 people: – 5 sp / person –

600 g potatoes 150 ml skim milk 2 tablespoons 4% fresh cream 10 g parmesan cheese 80 g low-fat mozzarella 80 g white ham salt, pepper

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes then cook them in boiling salted water for 30 minutes.
Then drain them then peel and cut them into pieces.
In a bowl mash them with a fork then pour them into a saucepan.
Put the saucepan on low heat then add the cream and milk mixing with the whisk.
Then add the parmesan, salt and pepper and mix well.
Cut the mozzarella and ham into small cubes then add them to the puree and mix well.
Remove from the heat and serve.
