Wurst Salad

Salad of sausage, peppers, onions, cucumbers and radishes, mixed with seasoned dressing, served with dark bread.

Ingredients:

500 g favourite cold cuts 4 pcs small pickles 1 pcs small onions 1 pc small yellow peppers 1 pc bunch of radishes For the dressing: 100 ml of oil 50 ml white wine vinegar 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp sugar ground pepper salt To serve: dark bread fresh chopped parsley

Procedure:

1. Peel the sausage, cut into rounds and cut the washed peppers, remove the core, cut into strips
2. Cut the peeled onions and cucumbers into rounds, clean the radishes, wash them and cut them into slices
3. In a bowl mix the wine vinegar, oil, mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar
4. Mix the sliced sausage and Vegetable Recipes with the prepared dressing, chill for at least 2 hours and then serve with dark bread and finely chopped parsley.

Recommendation:

This salad is suitable for using up leftovers from a barbecue or you can add 150 g of chopped emmental to the salad.
