Witch’s fingers with Thermomix

Discover the easy and inratable recipe for Witch’s Fingers with Thermomix, terrifying little shortbread for Halloween with almond flavor and raspberry jam
Ingredients:
150 g flour 80 g almond powder 150 g softened butter 1 egg 100 g sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt 100 g whole almonds Raspberry jam
Preparation:
Put the sugar in the thermomix bowl and then mix for 10 seconds on speed 10.
Add the butter and vanilla extract then set 30 seconds on speed 3.
Add the egg, flour, almond powder, yeast then mix for 2 minutes on epi.
Form a ball of dough then cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Scoop out teaspoons of dough then shape into sausages by lightly crushing at the fingertips.
Then draw the folds of the skin with the tip of a knife.
Place an almond on the end of each finger to imitate the nail and then press lightly.
Place the fingers on an oven tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
When they come out, gently remove the almonds. Place a tip of jam and press the almond again. Also dip the other end of the fingers in the jam.
