Winter Vegetable Gratin
Here is the recipe to make a winter vegetable gratin, a complete, tasty and family dish very easy to make for a healthy and light meal. The preparation takes only a few minutes and the result is very satisfying.

Ingredients for 4 people:
200 g leeks 5 carrots 1 garlic clove 1 onion 5 potatoes 200 g ham cut into cubes 200 ml low-fat cream 5% 100 ml skim milk 2 eggs 60 g grated low-fat Gruyère cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Preparation:
Peel the Vegetable Recipes then chop them and mince the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan then fry the onion and garlic.
Then add the Vegetable Recipes to the contents of the frying pan, along with the salt and pepper then leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the milk and cream in a bowl then add the salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well.
In an ovenproof dish arrange the Vegetable Recipes and ham then cover with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over this winter vegetable gratin then bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°.
