Winter Soup

Suitable lunch soup of goulash type enriched with Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

250 g of beef front 200 g of potatoes 150 g of root Vegetable Recipes (most parsley, less carrots and least celery) 2.5 l of drinking water 1 pc large onion 1 pc meaty peppers 1 pc large garlic clove 2 tsp ground sweet paprika, preferably Hungarian wild spices (bay leaf, allspice …) smooth flour lard pepper salt parsley or chives for garnish

Procedure:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion lightly in a tablespoon or so of lard, add the diced meat, and fry it with the onion so that it gets nicely browned
2. Sprinkle the contents of the pot with good quality ground paprika, stir and pour hot water
3. Season the base with pepper, add bay leaf, crushed allspice, diced root Vegetable Recipes, salt and put to boil
4. After about 1 hour, add peeled, diced potatoes, strips of cleaned peppers, garlic rubbed with salt, dust the soup with flour, mix thoroughly and cook everything until tender
