Winter mushroom with cabbage
ingredients
2 handfuls of plum bunches 4 cloves of garlic 2 handfuls of sauerkraut a little coconut fat 1 dl tamari sauce pcs fresh thyme or oregano and crushed cumin pcs salt
procedure

Wash the mushrooms, pat dry on a tea towel and cut into thicker strips. Slice the garlic and drain the cabbage of its juices.

Prepare a larger frying pan and fry the mushrooms with the garlic and cumin in the heated coconut fat. Add the cabbage and pour in the tamari sauce. Stir, reheat.

The mixture starts to smell lovely and finally add fresh herbs. We whipped up this fantastic dish with roasted potatoes and grilled green bean pods.
