Wine sausage with coarse grain mustard
Wine sausage in mustard baked together with grated potatoes and onions. A quick, not only Easter goodness that bakes almost by itself.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grate the raw potatoes coarsely, mix with salt (salt to taste) and spread in a lightly oiled baking dish
2. Place the onion slices on top
3. Bake at 190 °C for about 20 minutes
4. Remove from the oven and place the wine sausage on top of the onions
5. Mix the sour cream and mustard in a bowl, season with salt and pepper

Spread the mixture over the sausage and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 – 30 minutes

Recommendation:
Serve with vegetable salad.
