Wholemeal noodles with tuna on lentil base

200 g whole wheat noodles 2 cans tuna in frying pan (1 can = 80 g) 4 pcs green pepper 4 pcs tomato large 1 pcs onion 4 tbsp olive oil salt

Quick dinner.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions in salted water to al dente, drain and set aside.

Chop the onion finely. Wash the peppers, remove the cores and cut into strips. Peel the washed tomatoes by blanching. Cut them crosswise at the tip and immerse them in boiling water. Remove when the skin begins to peel off. Then cool rapidly under cold water and cut into cubes.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the chopped peppers and fry vigorously. After about 3 minutes, add the chopped peeled tomatoes and sauté for about 2 minutes more. Season the lentil base with salt and remove from the heat.

Add the noodles to the warm leche. Ladle onto plates and finally layer the tuna in the tomatoes. Enjoy!
