Wholemeal buns

150 g spelt flour 200 g wheat flour 1/2 cube yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp linseed 250 ml lukewarm water 1 tbsp caraway seeds

1. In a good bowl, work all the ingredients smooth, cover and leave covered to rise for about half an hour, after half an hour, work the dough in the bowl with your hands, 2. place on a floured board, knead. 3. and divide into 8 parts. Make balls. 4. Transfer to a greased baking sheet, brush with water, let rise on the baking sheet while the oven heats up and bake. 5. Bake for about 20-25 min at 180-200 °C, depending on the type of oven. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
