Wholegrain pasta with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

250 g whole wheat pasta 300 g chicken breast 2 handfuls fresh spinach 50 g of dried tomatoes 4 pcs larger mushrooms 1 pk tomato 2 cloves garlic 1 pk red onion 2 tbsp olive oil salt, ground black pepper

A perfect dinner or lunch full of color and flavor!

Clean the chicken breast and cut into smaller pieces.

In a frying pan, fry the meat vigorously in a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the pasta water on to boil in a saucepan, add a drop of oil and salt and cook al dente.

Clean the onion, garlic, tomato and mushrooms, cut them into smaller pieces and sauté with the meat. After 5 minutes, add the sun-dried tomatoes and season everything with salt and pepper.

Drain the water from the pasta and add the prepared sautéed mixture and fresh spinach.
6.
Spoon a tablespoon of olive oil over the pasta and allow the flavors to combine.
