1/2 liter milk 1 cup 250 ml whole wheat flour from Lidl 2 pcs eggs 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 dl oil filling 250 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk vanilla sugar to taste powdered sugar compote fruit a little oil

1. Make the batter for the pancakes with the above ingredients, 2. Beat the batter well with a whisk.Let it stand 3. and bake the pancakes. 4. I mix the soft cottage cheese to taste and fill the pancakes. 5. Serve with compote fruit,or a side dish to taste.
