130 g whole wheat flour 120 ml milk 120 ml water 30 g melted butter 2 pcs egg 1 pinch salt 1 drop vanilla extract to taste cherry jam a little white chocolate
procedure
1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Progressively pour in the wet mixture of milk, water, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract. Knead into a liquid dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes. 2. Heat a frying pan with a little oil, butter or coconut oil and place a ladleful of batter in the pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Then brush with cherry or other jam and sprinkle with chocolate.
