Whole Wheat Bread with Cottage Cheese, Chives and Radishes

A slice of wholemeal bread smeared with cottage cheese and garnished with radishes, sprinkled liberally with chopped chives. A great diet snack.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1 piece slice of best whole wheat bread 2-3 pcs spring onions 1 small handful chopped chives 1-2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese

Procedure:

1. Remove the radishes from the green leaves, rinse under cold water and cut into thin rounds
2. Spread a slice of bread with low-fat cottage cheese and top with radish rounds
3. Finally, sprinkle the bread generously with chopped chives.
