White Sausage Roasted

Everyone does not need Christmas carp, often roasted sausages appear on the festive table at Christmas. Here’s one of the simplest yet tastiest recipes for roasted white wine or cream sausage.

Ingredients:

600-800 g of white wine or cream sausage smooth flour lard skewers or rolling pins

Procedure:

1. Wipe the sausage with a paper napkin, divide into four equal lengths, twist into a spiral and pin together with a skewer or rolling pin

Recommendation:

Serve braised sauerkraut as a side dish or serve the sausages with red braised cabbage. The second side dish is most often boiled potatoes or roasted potatoes. Mashed potatoes with cucumber or potato salad are also suitable.
