White pizza

White pizza, or pizza bianco, is pizza without tomato sauce. Perhaps the most famous of these is the onion pizza, which combines the sweetness of onions with the saltiness of bacon.
Ingredients for two
4 onions approx. 100g bacon 2 balls of mozzarella 50g parmesan 2 tsp black pepper 4 tbsp olive oil Neapolitan pizza base
Tip.
Prepare the pizza base according to the instructions.
Peel and slice the onions into rings. Finely chop the bacon.
Place the bacon in a large cold pan and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the onions to the pan and the olive oil. Sauté the onions until soft, about 10 minutes.
Place the oven on the stove to come to a täy.
Prepare the bottoms on a baking sheet. Bake one at a time.
Place the mozzarella cheese on the pizza base and the onion mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake the white pizza in a hot oven until cooked. At 250C it will take about 7 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished pizza with black pepper and serve immediately.
Serve immediately.
