White Fried Sausage

Typical Christmas or New Year’s Eve dinner.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 600-800 g of white wine or cream sausage 1-2 pcs eggs smooth flour breadcrumbs frying fat skewers or skewer for rolls

Procedure:

1. Wipe the sausage with a paper napkin, divide into four equal lengths, twist into a spiral and pin with a skewer or rolling pin
2. Roll the prepared sausages in flour, egg and breadcrumbs
3.

Recommendation:

If the sausages are a Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve dinner, serve them with French vegetable salad or potato salad.

Note:

Throughout the year, fried sausages are also accompanied by classic boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
