Marinade LEMON PEPPER
2 pcs spring onions pcs fresh coriander pcs salt 1 tbsp “lemon pepper” spice mix 1 tsp dried lemon zest 1 dl olive oil

Healthy, quick and very tasty lunch.
1.
First make the marinade – slice the spring onions, finely chop the coriander, add salt, lemon pepper, dried lemon zest and pour over the oil. Toss and set aside to allow the flavours to combine.

Wash and pat dry the fish.
3.
Prepare a baking dish by brushing it with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
4.
Place the fish and brush it with the prepared marinade.
5.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the fish, covered, for 40 minutes.
6.
Open the casserole dish and bake at 200 degrees for the last 5-10 minutes.
7.
Serve the baked fish with salad or mashed potatoes.
