White chocolate biscuits are quick to make and taste heavenly with a cup of cocoa or a sweet glass of wine. Make lots at once and put in a jar for a söilöön.100g white chocolate and pecan pie; pinch of salt
Bake the white chocolate and pecan pie in a 175C oven at approx. 5 minutes.
Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking constantly.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to the foam, then add the roasted chocolate to the pasta and stir to combine.
On a baking tray, line a baking sheet with baking paper and make a good tablespoon of dough, leaving enough room to spread out the biscuits.
Bake at 175C for 12 to 15 minutes. During baking, the sticks will spread and the white chocolate biscuits will take on their typical shape. Tip: The recipe can be made gluten-free by substituting wheat flour for oat flour.
