White cabbage soup

ingredients

500 g sauerkraut 1 litre milk 500 g cream 50 g butter 50 g plain flour 500 g potatoes 30 g salt 1.5 litres water

step

1. Then add the diced potatoes and boil for another 10 min. 2. Thicken with flour mixed in milk and simmer, stirring constantly. 3. Finally, soften the soup with cream. Add the melted butter and serve.
